    Observation: The following areas need to be cleaned:
    -clean the floor to wall juncture under the 4 comp sinks in kitchen
    -clean under the fryers/grills of grease/oil/food product in the kitchen
    -clean the wall at the garbage next to the True 2 door cooler in the kitchen
    Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean.
