Correction: Provide an air gap on water supply side to protect water supply. additional tuing was removed and one pipe was propped to provide air gap.
CONSUMER ADVISORY (repeated violation) Observation: Consumer advisory needs to be updated.
Correction: Provide a consumer advisory for animal foods served in a raw or undercooked condition. Hamburgers need to have an asterisk in front of them and May be cooked to order must proceed the current wording of the advisory.
HAND DRYING PROVISION (corrected on site) (repeated violation) Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at handwashing sink for hand drying at bar.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.
