PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR Observation: Repair the leak at the bar sink. Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing. HANDWASHING SIGNAGE Observation: No handwashing signage provided in women's room handwashing sink. Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. Sign provided at inspection. CLEANING, FREQUENCY AND RESTRICTIONS (repeated violation) Observation: There is mildew on the walkin walls and shelving. Finish removing dust and oil from kitchen cooking equipment.
