Critical: RTE/PHF-TCS PROPER DATE MARKING Observation: In the reach in refrigerator behind Jenny's main prep area there are several containers of prepared food (crab meat mixture) that are not date marked. These items were confirmed to be made over 24 hours ago.

MAINTAINING PREMISES, UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND LITTER Observation: There are some items in the lower dry storage area that are not related to the operations of the food service. In addition, some unnecessary items are mixed in with food storage areas, such as the items on top of the shelving next to the soda dispenser storage.
Correction: Items that are unnecessary to the operation of the food establishment have to be limited. At a minimum, personal items or other items not necessary for the operation of the food service need to be completely separated from the food or food-related item storage areas. Please segregate the personal items and limit additional storage of personal items in the lower level. Correct By: 04-Feb-2014
