FOOD CONTAMINATION PREVENTED - MISCELLANEOUS CONTAMINATION (corrected on site) Observation: Employee food and beverages are stored in a shallow pan, above food, in the walk-in cooler. Some items were extended beyond the containment of the pan.
Correction: Change methods or procedures to protect foods from contamination. The pan was moved to the bottom shelf.

Critical: GLOVES, USE LIMITATION - SINGLE-USE GLOVES (corrected on site) Observation: Single-use gloves are not discarded after putting a cover back on a floor drain after cleaning, and handling clean food equipment at the raw chicken station.
Correction: Single-use gloves shall be discarded between tasks such as working with ready-to-eat foods or raw animal foods, when they become damaged or soiled or when interruptions occur in the operation.
POSTING OF CERTIFICATE Observation: There is no state food manager’s certification posted in the food establishment. Kelly has her class certificate.
Correction: Provide & post state food manager certification.
WALL AND CEILING COVERINGS AND COATINGS Observation: Several areas of wall tile in the kitchen are broken/missing, plywood exposed. Not cleanable.
Correction: Provide wall and ceiling coverings that are smooth, easily cleanable and nonabsorbant. Repair broken areas.
