CONSUMER ADVISORY Observation: No consumer advisory provided on the main menu or breakfast menu.
Correction: Provide a consumer advisory for animal foods served in a raw or undercooked condition on both menus. Place an astericks next to the eggs, steaks, burgers and then an astericks with the advisory statement next to it at the bottom of the menu.
HANDWASHING FACILITIES - LOCATION AND PLACEMENT Observation: Provide soap and paper toweling at a sink behind the bar for handwashing.
Correction: There needs to be a handwashing sink set up in each separate area of the facility - 1 in bar area, 1 in kitchen and then restrooms.

WAREWASHING - SANITIZING SOLUTION - TESTING DEVICES Observation: A chlorine test kit is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations.
Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.
FOOD THERMOMETERS - CALIBRATION TO MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS Observation: Food thermometer not calibrated.
Correction: Food temperature measuring devices shall be calibrated to manufacturers specifications.
HAND DRYING PROVISION Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at handwashing sink behind the bar.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.
There is a 2 compartment sink for handwashing in the kitchen and a handsink in the 1st compartment of the 4 comp behind the bar that will be used for handwashing, ensure they are supplied with soap, single-use toweling at all times to promote handwashing.
THERMOMETERS - FUNCTIONALITY - INTEGRAL OR PERMANENTLY AFFIXED MEASURING DEVICE Observation: Walking cooler gauges do not seem reliable, reading 45F and had been closed prior to checking gauge.
Correction: Provide a back-up thermometer inside walkin cooler for monitoring temperature is at or below 41F, place thermometer in a conspicuous location so it can be monitored and in the warmest part of the cooler.
EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS CONFORM TO ANSI STANDARDS Observation: The homestyle refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen is not approved.
Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed. Replace with commercial unit or store food in walkin cooler.
