Observation: The seal on the left door of the True 2 door freezer is torn.
Correction: Equipment components shall be kept intact, tight, and properly adjusted.

Observation: There is a box of napkins, a box of bowls and a box of clam shells stored on the floor in the basement storage.

Observation: The sliced tomatoes and deli meats in the downstairs kitchen are not date marked. Cooked vegetables, meat roll, sauces in the upstairs kitchen WIC are not date marked.
Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days.

Observation: The shelving unit across from the 3 compartment sink in the upstairs kitchen is soiled with food debris and dust.
Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment.
- UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT AND LINENS - STORING PROHIBITIONS - SELF DRAINING POSITION
Observation: Metal pans in the upstairs kitchen on the rack across from the 3 compartment sink are stored with the food contact surface up and a small amount of food debris is noted in a few of them.
Correction: Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position to allow for air drying and covered or inverted.

Observation: The ceiling lights located in the downstairs kitchen are not shatter resistant.
Correction: Provide shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter resistant light bulbs.
