Observation: There was a pest control gel strip hung above the bar 4-compartment sink. See manufacturer's label to see if approved for use in a food establishment. If it not approved it must be removed.

Observation: Soup in walk in cooler is covered.
Correction: Provide containers that facilitate heat transer, such as metal pans, and loosely cover food items during the cooling process so that heat is allowed to escape. Lid was adjusted to allow heat to escape.
