Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Provide sanitizer dip in 3rd sink of 3 compartment sink until service can arrive. test chlorine level daily to know when machine fails or is about to fail.
