Correction: Dishes must be washed, rinsed, then sanitized. The chlorine level should be 100ppm in the last compartment of the 4 compartment sink.

Observation: Multiple boxes of single serve items are stored on the floor in the basement bask storage room.
Correction: Single-use and single service articles shall be stored in a clean dry location, not exposed to contamination and at least 6" off the floor.
