Critical: WHEN TO WASH (corrected on site) Observation: Employee observed not washing hands after handling raw hamburger.
Correction: Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single-use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands. Tongs, glove change or use of any other suitable device may be used to handle the raw hamburger to prevent the need of a handwash. Tongs were used.
