Observation: Employee observed not washing hands after handling raw hamburger.
Correction: Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single-use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands. Tongs, glove change or use of any other suitable device may be used to handle the raw hamburger to prevent the need of a handwash. Tongs were used.

Observation: Boxes of food were stored on the floor in the walk in freezer.
Correction: Store all food items 6 inches above the floor. Boxes placed on shelving.

Observation: Utensils were not being rinsed after cleaning.
Correction: Equipment and utensils shall be rinsed after washing in the rinse compartment of a 3-compartment sink prior to sanitizing.
