    Observation: Chili meat in cooler is dated 3/28....ham dated 3/18. These are the dates that these products were frozen.
    Correction: When frozen products (only ready-to-eat, either home-made or commercially processed, not raw) are frzen then removed from freezer to thaw, re-mark the container or bag with the date that they are removed for thawing. Product should be used within a total of 7 days of opening (or thawing).
