    Observation: The large mop bucket with mop in the bucket was observed stored directly next to the clean ice buckets for the bulk ice machine - subject to cross contamination. Mop buckt was moved away from the buckets and ice machine.

    Observation: The walk-in cooler walls and the fan grids in the walk-in cooler have mold build up - is not cleaned on a frequent basis.
