Observation: The Beer Clean sanitizer is not being used according to EPA registered label use instructions and is greater than 200 PPM.
Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration.

Observation: Test strips are not available for checking sanitizer concentrations.
Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.

Correction: Empty, clean and sanitize the ice bin.

Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.

Observation: The ladies bathroom sink is detaching from the wall.
Correction: Properly attach and caulk bathroom sink to the wall.
