General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:The following must be completed in order to open and issue permit:1. All floors/ underneath equipment and tables must be cleaned and free of debris.2. All coolers must be cleaned and sanitized.3. Clean in between wall and large cooler/ add panel over light on large cooler. 4. Dishwasher area where pieces of tile are missing seal up gaps in floor. 5. Clean under dish machine.6. Under buffet cabinet water has leaked - make sure all surfaces are dried and no pipes are leaking.7. Add light bulb sleeves on lights in back room above walk in cooler. 8. Clean fan guard and pipes in walk in cooler. 9. Clean all surfaces where grease has built up. 10. Have regular pest control for facility and paperwork must be onsite.11. Seal all gaps and cracks in facilty along walls and floors.
