Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 4-602.13 Nonfood-contact surfaces are not cleaned at an adequate frequency, specifically: Observed the floor of the walk-in cooler highly slippery even after cleaning and drying it by operator. The floor had no visible food debris accumulation. Talked to operator about this situation and warned him of potential tripping safety hazard. Please continue to have all nonfood-contact surfaces safe and cleaned as necessary.
