Person in charge stated that the cheese and chicken have been stored in GE refrigerator over 4 hours ago. 2) Pot of tamales were stored on the floor and they temped at 130F. 3) Bucket of orchata was inadequately iced and it temped at 62F Correction: Person in charge discarded cheese, chicken, orchata and tamales during inspection.
Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF OAR 333-162-0020 Seating is provided around the mobile food unit without access to a restroom, specifically: The person claims that he has an agreement with next door facility to use the restroom, but no restroom agreement form has been submitted to Washington County Environmental Health. Person in charge agreed to submit signed restroom agreement form to Environmental Health Office within the next 2 business days.
