    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

    Observation: Establishment has been approved for bare hand contact. An employee was observed handling ready-to-eat (RTE) food with their bare hands and not using approved methods for handwashing under a bare hand conct policy. He washed hands ,but did not use a sanitizer or double handwashing.
    Correction: Provide suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment to handle RTE food to prevent contamination from hands. Corrected by discussion and proper handwashing methods.
