This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. The Person in Charge and food employees were very helpful during the visit and very knowledgeable about employee health procedures. The following issue requires attention: 1. The handwashing sink in the prep area was leaking. The Person in Charge stated that it will be repaired by the end of the day. Note: We discussed foods to be provided at the establishment. This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. PIC reported that the hand sink next to the cook line had to be turned off to fix a leak in the plumbing. There is another hand sink adjacent to the kitchen in the dish washing area that is accessible for use until the other hand sink is fixed.
