    Correction: Get the plastic end caps to the light shields so that all the lights are protected.

    Observation: Observed a hole in the wall behind the chest freezer.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. Have the hole repaired.

    Observation: Observed the floors and walls in need of cleaning (mainly behind and under equipment.
    Correction: Clean the walls and floors regularly to prevent build-up of food debris and garbage.
