Comments:
Facility has been closed since May due to a fire. The facility has all new refrigeration and freezer units, hood system, grill, equipment, utensils etc. The following requirements must be met before re-opening:
1. Need handwash signs at all handwash sinks (including restrooms). (Provided by Health Department).
2. Need covered receptacles in womens restroom.
3. Need sanitizer and sanitizing test strips.
4. Need air gap at condensation pipes in kitchen.
5. All food contact surfaces (utensils, equipment, etc.) must be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
6. All nonfood contact surfaces must be cleaned.
