  • Description:
  • Company name Master Plasterer's/M. Pilot & Co LLC My name is Michael Pilot and I have been in the Plastering Industry/Building trades for over 25 years and have achieved the Master Plasterer(s) with a professional Master Craftmans designation. Prior to this, I freelanced for many years for several business owners and have maintained these working relationships. As a well established Master Plasterer, I have proven myself in the plaster business; jobs ranging from 500 sq. foot to over 40,000 square, both residential and commercial homes and buildings. My reputation is solid and stable. I have spent years in the development of my expertise and with this have developed a strategy to capitalize on quality of workmanship and artistic style to promote new and repeat business. My key managers and employees operate under my strict supervision even though they have spent numerous years in the business themselves. Wet Plaster, otherwise architecturally called Cement Plaster is one of my specialties while also specializing in Restorative Wet Plaster, Ornmential Cornic Mold Making and exterior facade replication. EIFS, Wet Plaster & Repair, Stucco and it’s counter parts and their diverse applications range from finishes coarse, Sahara, textured and its color variety immense, contribute to its Venetian beauty. Stone is another collage of diversity beginning with Amarastone and continuing through Zurora rock, which can be trowel, sprayed or floated. With Plaster mold making and cement, we can design and build on our clients’ properties, coins, keys, columns, starburst, turrets, cornice, and rosettes excreta. Ornamental work and mold making is where my expertise lies. The product of plaster and its synthetic counterparts has been a form of building walls and strengthening structures since the ancient Egyptian times. EIFS was first used in Sweden in the 1940s. In 1969, the product was introduced into the United States with the formation of the Dryvit System Inc. EIFS products did not see widespread use in residential frame construction until the early to mid 1980’s. The continuing process of marketing and engineering evolved into the product that we know today as EIFS or synthetic stucco. EIFS in this 21 Century world has begun to receive a bad name because of its uncertified applicators; their tendency to create shortcuts and capitalize on making a quick dollar has marked my trade with blemishes. I on the other hand, am a certified applicator. I am backed by many distributors who will acknowledge my integrity as being meticulous in my workmanship. What I know in application, repair and reproduction is more than any other Plasterer. I hope what I have explained about my experience, business operations and product definitions; have answered many of your questions regarding whether I would be the ideal candidate for the completion of your varied commercial or residential architectural designs. Sincerely, Michael Pilot Mobile(810) 765-4658
