In the Mayan tradition, Chaimmaya uses stone grinding mills to combine freshly roasted, organic cacao, sugar and a small amount of cinnamon and almonds to create the most authentic Mexican table chocolate available in the USA.
We make three different blends of 31% cacao, 42% cacao and 71% cacao. Though these blends are standard recipies, the beauty of the custom crafting process allows Chaimmaya to blend a mix specifically to your liking. Should you prefer something sweeter that 71% -- our Total Chocolate Indulgence -- yet not as sweet at 42% -- Chocolate Lovers Bldend -- we cna custom blend a batch just for you.
