    Provide a partition between the food prep area, and the customer waiting area (near the rear deli cases).

    (a) General. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified in § § 46.501, 46.521—46.523, 46.541—46.544, 46.561—46.563 and 46.581—46.595. - At time of inspection all deli cases had ambient air temperatures that ranged from 49-55 degrees fahrenheit. - Provide missing kickplate for deli case. NOTE: Currently this establishment is not operating. No foods were stored in defective units at time of inspection. Management was instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
