Ambient temperatures of deli cooler was found at 47*F. Internal product temperature (lunch meat ) measured at 45*F. Product moved to walk in cooler. Unit to be serviced. Not to be used until temperature is maintained at 41*F or below. Contact Region 4 Office at 724-443-1585 Ext 255 when corrected. Re-inspection will be conducted to confirm.

Ambient temperature of reach in deli cooler was found at 47*F and not 41*F or below as required.

Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Build up was noted on shelving in storage area.

Restrooms are not available for customers. Facility is primarily take out. Facility advised to enforce take out only or install restroom which would comply with labor and industry standards.
