    Food Employees are unable to follow proper handwashing procedures at handwashing sink in food prep area due to lack of hot water at sink.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    Beverage packages are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor inside walk-in refrigeration unit.
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    Cold foods are being held above acceptable cold-holding temperatures. Cold foods must be held at 41 degrees F or below. See temperature log (pg.2). * Note: Foods in deli-display case were transferred to walk-in refrigeration unit.
