 04/01/2014InspectionAs a reminder, all wiping cloths that are used for sanitizing surfaces must be stored in a sanitizer solution in between uses. Showed operator how to calibrate metal stem probe thermometer. One out of 4 thermometers was inaccurate by 12 degrees. Operator chose to voluntarily discard the inaccurate thermometer because there was no tool around to adjust the dial. The other three thermometers were accurate. Please inform our office of the status of the sewer odor problem in writing no later than April 15, 2014. This odor problem must be addressed I immediately.
