10/07/2011Inspection8d- packages of pizza boxes are stored directly on floor- moved and corrected 6a + 6b- at 12:30pm this inspector found and temped steak and chicken finger pizza in warmer that was not turned on at 79dF. Cook stated that it came out of oven at 12:00pm. I allowed him to reheat pizza to 165dF, Aslo pizza unit was turned on and corrected 15b- light in paper goods storage room is not shielded corrected 15a- walk in cooler floor is in disrepair- not smooth and easily cleanable corrected 4a- at 12:45pm on shelves with spices this inspector found bactine and lidocaine . Cook removed meds and corrected 11d- heavy grease build up on fryer and grill equipment corrected 3c- cook took rolls out of oven at 12:55pm with pizza paddle and put on cutting board for sub worker. She asked if they were too burned to use the cook picked up on with his bare hand and said it was okay. I advised him that he had to toss that one out now since he touched it with his bare hand and it was ready for service. corrected 16- light cover switch is missing from ice machine room corrected 8a- sqeeze bottles of oils, dressings, sauces are not in original container or labeled for contents corrected
