Corrective action- Removed from premises at this time.; Cleaning compounds (Pledge, Old English, glass cleaner) found above and among food contact surfaces(i.e. bar, dishwashing counter). Corrective action-removed to designated storage location. 5C-Raw fish (grouper) on counter for prep (cleaning, slicing). Actual temp-60F. Corrective action:Refrigerated at this time. 11C-Can opener bit encrusted with food debris; Popcorn maker at bar has grease build-up; soda gun holster has slime accumulation. 15B-Fluorescent light covers dead insects accumulated. 8B-Ice scoop lying in ice in cooler bin at coffee area. 14B-Kitchen door opened and unscreened. 9B-Evidence of smoking at patio bar (ash tray and cigarette butts). Discussed:Chemical containers-labeling; dumpster lids/odor control; temperature monitoring i.e. fish; shellfish tags-90 day retention/keep with product until consumed.
