02/24/2014 | Inspection | Cooked potato bites were not properly time stamped while holding on the line. At 4:10 PM, the potato bites located on the line were time stamped 12:30PM as the discard time. In discussion with staff, they forgot to change the time stamp sticker. The current batch of potato bites were placed out on the line around 2:30PM today, so only 20 minutes were left for a hold time. Staff changed the time stamp sticker immediately. Must repair hot water system immediately and must clean soda machine no later than Wednesday, 2/26/14. |
