The following acceptable temperatures were measured (degrees F): Walk-In Cooler - Potato Salad - 45.5, Sliced Deli American Cheese - 40.3, Sliced Deli Ham - 41.4, Sliced Deli Turkey - 41.3; Milk Cooler Air Temp - 39; Two Door Raetone Reach-In Cooler Air Temp - 28. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in August 2015 and the Final Rinse Temperature on the Mechanical Dish Washer was 181 degrees F. Report e-mailed. |

The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): Sliced Ham in the Upper Compartment Bain Marie - 44.1 - 45.9; Macaroni Salad in the Walk-In Cooler - 40.8 to 41.4. The Air Temperature of the Milk Cooler on the Serving Line is 38 degrees F and that of the Milk Cooler off to the side is 36 degrees F. The Rinse Temperature of the Automatic Dish washer is 177 degrees F. The electrical issue in the dry storage area has been corrected and the walk-in cooler floor has been repainted.
