Cooked sliced carrots were 185 and cooked tomatoes were at 175 and rising. tomatoes had some spices and nother product requiring a higher cook temperature of 140, hot hold at 140 degrees minimum.
Gave Boil water checklist for food service establishments in case there is a boil water order issued in the minicipal system. |
