Kitchen staff has experienced some turnover recently. Currently the kitchen is being operated by staff with food service experience in other regulated facility. Briefly discussed with current operators the importance of glove use, food temperatures and general kitchen operations, educational brochures were provided to new leader for when members and other volunteers prepare food.
