Be sure to get these products to cold holding service units as quickly as possible to keep foods at cold holding temperatures of 45 degrees F or less. -Cold holding and hot holding temperatures were excellent. -Good hand washing and glove use procedures were observed. -Restrooms were in good condition and food preparation areas are clean.
