Corrected: Discarded in the garbage * Clean dishes are stored on paper towels on filthy shelves below the stove and fryers. * The large refrigerator and small refrigerator need to be cleaned inside and outside of both units. * The entire stove and fryers/area surrounding needs to be cleaned. * The outside of the oven next to the fryers needs to be cleaned. * The handwashing sink is dirty and has dirty dishes piled in it. * No soap or hand towels/drying device * Raid insect spray was in the kitchen. * The floor and walls around the 3 bay sink, grease trap and hot water tank need to be cleaned. * The wall near the oven and back door needs to be cleaned. * The wall behind the smaller cooler needs to be cleaned. * Vent hoods over the stove/fryers needs cleaning. * The exhaust fan needs to be cleaned.
