  • *3.2 Observed the following canned goods, on the retail shelf, dented on the seal:
  • -Bush's Baked Beans
  • -Vienna Sausage
  • Do not use canned goods that are dented on the seal in order to prevent possible contamination. Store damaged canned goods in a separate designated area for credit/return.
  • C/*2.4/6.2 No paper towels observed at the back room hand sink. Maintain all hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing.
  • 4.4 Repair the torn door seal on the walk-in cooler.
  • 6.4 Observed water damaged ceiling tile in the storage room and the retail area. Repair this. Reportedly, repairs are currently in progress.
  • 4.0 Observed tape on the door handles to the walk-in freezer and the beverage portion of the beer cave. Remove tape in order to provide a more easily cleanable surface.
  • NOTE: Provide a certificate of completion of at least Level 1 in Food Protection for at least 1 person per shift. Reportedly, Alex is
  • ServSafe certified. Websites for ODH approved Level 1 classes were provided today.
  • -Observed proper chemical labeling and storage.
  • -Observed proper single-use glove use.
  • -1 accurate long stem thermometer available.
  • -Proper cold holding and hot holding temperatures throughout.

  • -Hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, and pizza were hot holding properly above 135°F.

  • -One accurate long stem thermometer was available for use.
  • -Observed proper retail chemical storage.
