*4.4/4.5/4.6 Observed a knife was used for cutting a waffle provided by a parent of a child from this center. This operation does not have a three compartment sink, and must use single-use equipment/utensils. Food contact surfaces shall be wash, rinse, and sanitize.
*3.4 Observed the taco meat was received at 124°F, and the corn was received at 115°F. Foods shall be maintained and received at 135°F and above, to limit the growth of organisms.
Notes: Observed digital temperature measuring device was available for use.

Food items for lunch are provided From Buehler's Fresh Foods on Forrest Meadows Drive. This operation has a Risk Level 4, and is a licensed caterer. This center provides the Am and Pm snacks daily.
