Recommend purchasing a digital long stem thermometer to check temperature of thin foods
Operation is starting to reheat some foods. Discussed if more than one food item is reheated more than one time per week the risk level on the food license would change to a level 4.

5.1 The water at the kitchen handsink is not reaching 100°F. Provide hot water a minimum of 100°F at handsinks in order to facilitate proper handwashing.
6.4 The floor is soiled in areas of the kitchen. Clean these areas as needed.
Note: Observed left over yogurt containers in the toddler room refrigerator. If teachers are to use these for personal use, please mark these in some way. If expired yogurt is found in the toddler refrigerator unlabeled, it will be considered a critical violation in the future.
