- 4.4/4.6- No sanitizer available. Provide an approved sanitizer bleach, quaternary ammonium chloride, or iodine. Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, sanitized in the three compartment sink.
- 2.4/6.2- No soap or paper towels available at the restroom hand wash sink. Provide an adequate supply of soap and paper towels to facilitate hand washing. A person in charge shall be available to monitor this critical items.
- 3.2- Raw shell eggs stored above juice and milk. Store raw animal foods below ready-to-eat foods in the retail case to prevent possible contamination.
- 4.5- Clean the black growth on the walk-in cooler shelving where the hotdogs are stored.
- 5.4- Provide a covered trash container in the restroom.
- R6.4- Remove large amounts of unused equipment throughout.
- R5.1- The operation does not have a mop sink. A mop sink was required at change of ownership. Contact the MCHD plumbing department regarding permits (330)723-9523.
- 4.2- Provide a sanitizer test strip kit.
