3.2- Raw ground beef mixed with raw beef tenderloin in the refrigerated case. Dividers are provided but were not being used. Raw beef was relocated in the cooler in order for the raw whole and raw ground beef to be separated.
4.4- Quaternary ammonium chloride is spray bottle was over 500 ppm. Maintain sanitizer at manufacturer's specifications. Spray bottle was emptied during this inspection. Appears it was filled with sanitizer from the concentrated bottle.
New meat retail cooler to be added to operation.

*3.2 Observed raw ground beef stored above raw pork in the walk-in cooler. Store raw animal foods separate from and below ready-to-eat foods and separate from each other, by cooking temperature, in order to prevent possible cross-contamination.
R/4.4 Replace the torn door seals on several refrigerated display doors and the main walk-in cooler door. Equipment shall be in good repair.
4.8 Observed a box of foam trays stored on the floor next to the 3-compartment sink. Store equipment 6 inches off of the floor in order to prevent possible contamination.
