- Remove the damaged canned goods from the retail shelf.
- *6.2/2.4 No papers towels were available in the restroom. Provide an adequate supply of paper towels to promote proper hand washing.
- R/*7.2 Potato stick display was stored by toxic chemical. Store toxic chemicals in a separate designated area from food and equipment to prevent contamination.
- 4.1 Provide a thermometer in the retail refrigeration case holding at 41°F and below. This inspector provided a thermometer for this unit today.
- 3.2 Observed several display of candy (M&M and Snickers), Lil chub smoked sausages were stored on the floor. Store food items six inches of the floor to facilitate clean and to prevent contamination.
- 4.4 Repair the damaged door seals on the refrigeration and freezer unit to provide a cleanable surface and to facilitate with temperature maintenance.
- 6.4 Clean the floor surface under the mop sink which is soiled.
- 6.2 Repair the two non-functioning light fixtures in the refrigeration and freezer units. Also repair the light fixture in the restroom to provide 20 foot-candles of lighting currently 16-17 foot-candles.
- 5.4 Keep the dumpster lids closed to prevent pest entry. Reportedly, dumpster will be emptied today.
- 6.4 Clean the ceiling fan in the men's restroom, which is dusty.
- 6.4 Replace the lacking ceiling tiles in the men's restroom to provide a cleanable surface.

- -2 unlabeled spray bottles of glass cleaner in the back room
- -1 unlabeled spray bottle of degreaser in the back room
- Label all toxic chemicals in order to prevent confusion or misuse.
- C/R/*3.2 Provide a greater separation between the raw Bacon and cooked Smoked Sausage. Maintain raw animal foods separate from and below ready-to-eat foods in order to prevent possible cross-contamination.
- C/*3.1 Observed a can of Dei Fratelli Vegetable Juice with a dented seam on the retail shelf. Store damaged canned goods in a separate designated area for return/credit.
- C/R/*901:3-4-15 Observed a box of PediaLyte Fruit Punch powder packets for sale beyond the expiration date of April 1, 2011.
- Check stock regularly in order to remove expired baby food products prior to the expiration date.
- -All coolers had proper ambient air temperatures below 41°F.
- -Observed proper retail chemical storage, separate from and below food and equipment.

- -Duchess Sliced Peaches
- -Margaret Holmes Squash with Vidalia Onions
- Do not use canned goods dented on the seam in order to prevent possible contamination. Store damaged canned goods in a separate designated area for return/credit.
- -Handsink was properly stocked with soap and paper towels.
- -Refrigerated dairy case was cold holding properly below 41°F.

- R/4.2 Observed coffee pots and beef jerky containers. Provide a three compartment sink with two drain boards to properly wash, rinse and sanitize food contact surfaces of food equipment. Contact the MCHD prior to installation for approval and to obtain any required permits.
- 6.4 Observed damaged floor tiles in the retail food are. Replace these. Flooring shall be in good repair and condition.
- Note: The Samsung household microwave is approved for personal use only.
- Note: Be sure to port the current 2011-2012 Retail Food Establishment license.
