INSPECTOR NOTES: The owner Weifeng Guo holds a SevSafe Certficate # 7658413 (3/14/11-3/14/16) Mr. Guo could not answer most of the questions
presented to him and could not demonstrate proper sanitation. There are numerous critical and non-critical violations. Mr. Guo is the owner and operator
of this establishment.

are designed for the food used for.
