Wendy's locations in Toledo, OH

Cashier was rude. Not nice. No smiles, and very rushing. Said our total without a thank you at the end. And handed our food at the window without saying ONE word. No thank you or have a nice night. This is the Wendy's I choose to go to. This is not the first time an employee was rude at the drive through. The fries were cold. A spicy chicken sandwich was missing besides

Worst Experience Ever. There was one customer a man who was waiting for a manager to speak to him in front of me. he waited 15 mins. repeatedly asking the cashier if or when a manger would be coming. She responded I don't know they yelled for her! He was patient and just waited. I'm standing there waiting for my order another 10 mins. The fries were on were on the tray getting cold while I waited on the "meat" as the cashier stated. Still the man is waiting, he would like his receipt! He received kids meal w/ no toys and no substitute... I receive my food, fries are now cold and my single cheeseburger was cold but my daughter's was hot! The family behind had a large order and waited for awhile to discover their order was wrong. The customer service up to this point was odd. No smiling faces, no full sentences, responses like I don't know and yeah, wait for it...There were at least five women working the front. The manager was better with the staff discussing the Cavs game and their injuries. The worst was the dirty women's bathroom. I walked down a sticky wet hall, opened the door to a wet sign on the floor toilet paper and whatever in the toilet and a sticky mess on the floor. I attempted to flush the toilet before using, didn't work clogged! I wanted to cry my nice dress shoes were squeaking walking out. I was here with my daughter and sister for college orientation, had a beautiful day, left your Wendy's feeling like Toledo was a dirty city with lazy employees. Thinking I would be sick for eating there. Somebody needs to investigate this place. That poor man was treated terrible and the manage could say was we're out of toys.

I eat at Wendy's often. Their salads are the best. Fresh, appetizing and tasty. The chili is like Mom made, the burgs, the best of all fast food restaurants, bar none. When I am not in the mood to cook, I always head to Wendy's.
A young black man named something like Camiesey waited on me today and I would like to tell you he was the best person who ever has waited on me and I frequent Wendy's often.
Please convey my thanks to him. Wish I could give him a raise.
Whatever he does, he will be a success. God bless him.
