I have no complains, very nice smooth, quick customer service, employees are really friendly always shooting the extra mile to help me out when I have a question on different topics regarding my account, providing me with numerous options to benefit me. I've been through 2 credit frauds and they are very understanding of how quick I need to help me file in claims, and they are really quick and easy. Definitely a great bank, starting from customer service to my branch that I visit often!!! It's nice to know that I can always count on them for assistance rather than talking to machines, and long time periods on the phone like other bankers do. I will definitely recommend banking with Wells Fargo with my family and close friends.

Wells Fargo on Bell in Amarillo Texas was absolutly phonominal. Everytime I go into make a deposit or just talk over my account with a representative I get nothing but smiles and answers to all of my questions. I always refer my friends and family to switch or make an account with WF. I will never get another bank anywhere else as long as Wells Fargo is around! They help me with everything. Financing on a car, school loans, and just about anything! All of the folks I've talked to have been problem solvers from the very get-go! I just want to thank everyone for all the support and help they've given me!
