went in to see why new phone wasn't working, problem with phone, they kept the case and I had to go back to get case, they didn't care that my other phone had been deactivated to get the sim for my new phone. So at this point I have no phone, spent 35 minutes on phone with tmobile, they said they couldn't put the phone case in the mail, it would have taken one day to get to me and cost them $3 but they refused, said there was no way for them to use the mail. Just rude and obviously poorly trained employees. Cannot give one star because the website doesn't let the mouse click a one star

steve the store manager is amazing he fixed the issues i ran into with the other tmobile when all i was trying to do was add a line, he stuck by his word and helped me tremendously, i even saved money, we got me set up with the plan that worked for me and he ported over all of my numbers and pictures!!! amazing!! he gave great service! even sent me home with the new zte zmax today thank you
also the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful
