Recently I purchased a built in barbeque set at the TJ Max store in Aliso Viejo. It's VERY nice and I couldn't be more pleased. The price was fantastic! I saw the set late in the afternoon but didn't purchase it that same day. That night I priced pre-built barbeque islands and they were very expensive. It would have cost me double the price elsewhere and it would have cost more to have a friend build it then the one I bought in the store. The next morning I called the store to see if the barbeque set was still there. Luckily it was so they put it on hold for me and I high tailed it down there and bought it. Jesse the manager and the staff there were very friendly, pleasant and efficient.
In the past I have bought Ralph Lauren dresses at this location that cost me double at Macy's. I love this store!

This is my Go To location! They have EVERYTHING! The staff is ultra helpful even when they are packed full of shoppers which is ALL the time. I needed extra plates from a collection I bought in Ladera and they had some of the pattern here, the lady in the housewares dept said please call her the next day or the day after because she knew they had the plates if they had cups. She was right and soo helpful! I was able to get all the dishes I wanted and decided to add some cups too. This store is BUSY and gets messed up easily due to inconsiderate shoppers but it is worth the digging and the staff is awesome unlike other locations. I will say go here to anyone!

This is one of the prettiest I have been in and very organized however workers did not seem to care about clients they have a job to stock and not even an excuse me was uttered when pushing a cart right by me almost hitting me....I guess looks aren't everything. I do like how everything is neatly arranged for easy access.When you first walk in you definitely can see distinction between departments, saving time looking for home essential department vs lingerie. Maybe training the employees to be more cheerful and possible ask if we need help with anything, or at least say excuse me.
