On June 11th 2015 at 9:38pm i pulled up to the drive threw. After waiting 5 minutes I pulled around the building to sound the buzzer again in an attemped for someone to take my order. I had to do this 3 more times just to get someone to tell me they will only take cash. I said ok and proceeded to order. The food at any subway is always great. The service at thos subway was horrible. No one should have to wait and pull around just for someone to agnolege them. I am not happy about this and when the worker was told what had to be done just to get their attention they did not offer me any thing to make my stop better, an apology would have worked just fine. For your restaurants survival you may want to hire someone that will strive on selling your product from the time you open to the time you close. Very disappointed in the customer service. Very happy with the food as always, but the quality of the food is not the only thing that matters.
