12-31-14: I received a gift card to spend. Wanted to buy a coffee cup, this starbucks did not have any in site for sale.
The person taking my order did not speak loud enough for me to hear what he was having made for me. Did not get a receipt for my order not did he ask if I wanted one.
After getting to work spilled my tall coffee with 2 shots of expresson in the lot getting out of my car due to the papercup colapasing.
I called the store, spoke with Adrian. She said for me to come in and let them know, they would replace it. To me that is 5 star customer service.
Still did not have Starbucks this morning and was really looking forward to waking me up.
Would you recommend Starbucks - Eagles Landing Pkwy & Medical Blvd to others? Yes
