Red lobster locations in St. Louis County, MO (Bridgeton, Chesterfield, Crestwood, Maplewood, Marlborough)

My husband and I went to Red Lobster for our Valentines meal. As he is alergic to shell fish I was thrilled when he suggested we go there because shell fish is my favorite. We were seated after about 20 minutes in the bar area. Got our drinks and salads everything was perfecr until just before our food arrived we got a blast of cold air and it continued to stay so cold at our table we had to put our coats on. It was as cold at our table as it was outside. 27 degrees. We told our server and sge in turn told the manager. He came by our table and said that it was cold because of the door which was not true because we were fine whiie eating our salads. It never got any warmer and made my food cold and ruined my meal. At no time did the manager come back and check to see if it got warmer and make an offer for us to move. In no way was this situation the servers fault and she was very apologetic. My meal and valentines experience was totally ruined and I was very disappointed. It was very difficult for me to pay a $60 bill when I was so disappointed.
