On Dec 26, 2014, we ordered three pizzas from this place for dinner and were told it would take an hour to get delivery. We agreed to delivery to our home and got a price which we also agreed to. An hour passed and no pizza. At an hour and 15 minutes I called this store again and talked to the same person. I gave them the same home phone number, gave them the same home address, repeated the order, and the price back to the person and she could not find my order. No trace of an order could she find. I asked to talk to the manager and the same person came back to me and said the manager said they could get our pizzas in 30 minutes. I repeated that I wanted to talk to the manager who promised they could get the pizzas to us as soon as they come out of the oven which would be about 30 to 40 minutes. At that point I informed the manager that I can get food sooner from a fast food place, that we would not be calling this store again. We choose an alternate food delivery service which was not Pizza Hut. We had just traveled all day back from California and our son had just joined us after traveling all day from Idaho. We were all tired and wanted to eat and get to bed. The service we got (i.e., DIDN’T GET) from this Pizza hut, totally failed us.
